Carlos Santana’s former personal assistant (Bruce Kuhlman, 59) is suing Santana because he was wrongfully terminated. Ex-personal assistant was fired because Santana thinks Kulhman’s consciousness was too low. According to AP News. Santana’s wife Deborah, brought in a spiritual teacher called, “Dr. Dan”. “Dr. Dan” taught Santana’s employees how to grow towards God and become better workers. These teachings develop a deeper level of consciousness. Deborah wanted to “better” her employees through a spiritual growing experience. Bruce Kulhman is charging Santana for emotional distress, monetary damages for lost wages, unpaid overtime and other demands. (Source: AP News) Court date is scheduled October 12, 2005.
