Pop star CHRISTINA MILIAN and producer THE-DREAM have reportedly wed for the second time - in Rome, Italy.

The couple exchanged vows in Las Vegas earlier this month (Sep09) and now sources claim the newlyweds jetted off to Italy at the weekend (12Sep09) to do it all again - with family and close friends.

Dip It Low singer Milian is reportedly pregnant with The-Dream's child.
