TV BRIDE SOKOLOFF TO MARRY FOR REAL

Actress MARLA SOKOLOFF is to marry for real after five TV weddings.

The Dude, Where's My Car star is to exchange vows with composer Alec Puro in November (09), and admits her many trips down the aisle on TV have prepared her for her own big day.

But she was worried that the delivery of her own gown would be an anti-climax after years of being fitted for fake wedding dresses.

She tells U.S. TV news show Entertainment Tonight, "I felt, like, when I was looking for my real-life dress that it was anti-climactic because I had done it so many times. I just didn't feel that excitement you are supposed to feel when you find the dress.

"But then, when my actual dress was delivered to my house last week, I was so excited. I ripped it open like it was Sex and the City and I finally had my moment."
