TWAIN GETS IDOL
Country queen SHANIA TWAIN has joined the growing cast of celebrity guest judges on AMERICAN IDOL following PAULA ABDUL's departure from the show.

The reclusive star will join the judging panel when the show hits Chicago, Illinois at the end of August (09).
She follows Victoria Beckham, Katy Perry and Mary J. Blige, who have already signed up to offer up their opinions to wannabe stars.
Abdul quit the show earlier this month (Aug09) in a reported row over money.
