SIGEL ARRESTED FOR DRUG POSSESSION

Rapper BEANIE SIGEL has been arrested and charged with drug possession after police found marijuana in the car he was travelling in.

The star, real name Dwight Grant, was travelling through Wrightstown, New Jersey, on the way to perform at a private event at the area's Kelly's Bar when police officers pulled over his vehicle.

According to the local Burlington County Times newspaper, Sigel and two other men riding with him in the car were charged with marijuana possession and have since been released.

He was forced to cancel the scheduled gig.
