'I didn't know any French/German actors because I wrote this without any idea of who would play them... I relied on the German/French casting directors. I didn't know who CHRISTOPH WALTZ was until he walked into the room!'

Director QUENTIN TARANTINO was pleasantly surprised by the actors chosen to portray the Nazi characters in his new World War II movie INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS.
