BLUR TO CONTINUE COMEBACK?

British band BLUR's comeback could be extended with a run of shows outside of the U.K., according to guitarist GRAHAM COXON.

The Britpop pioneers reformed in December (08) after a six-year break and performed a string of gigs across England, ending with Scotland's T in the Park festival last month (Jul09).

Frontman Damon Albarn called time on the reunion by insisting a new album or more gigs would cause the internal wranglings that split the band up to "rear their head".

But he appears to have changed his mind - guitarist Coxon has revealed the group is in negotiations to play a number of shows outside of the U.K.

He tells British radio station Xfm, "We're talking about doing some more shows abroad. I'm not sure how much I can say about that, but we're definitely talking about it."
