BARTON 'MAKING IMPROVEMENTS'
MISCHA BARTON is on the road to recovery following her 'medical issue' last week (15Jul09) - she is 'making improvements' and plans to return to work.

The former The O.C. star was allegedly placed on involuntary psychiatric hold on Thursday (16Jul09), after suffering a meltdown and calling cops to her Los Angeles home the night before.
The star's future in her upcoming TV show The Beautiful Life was thrown into jeopardy following the incident - executives at U.S. network The CW are reportedly making plans to continue production without her.
But the 23 year old's spokesman, Craig Schneider, has spoken out saying she is "still seeking treatment but making improvements" and revealed she plans to report to work on the TV series later this month (Jul09).
The programme is scheduled to start filming on 31 July (09).
