FAN STABBED DURING GZA FESTIVAL SLOT
Rapper GZA's performance at Canada's North By Northeast Festival at the weekend (21Jun09) was thrown into chaos after a man was stabbed by a fellow reveller.
According to Allhiphop.com, a 25-year-old fan confronted a fellow festivalgoer at the Toronto concert after a missile was thrown at his girlfriend.
The man reportedly followed the alleged suspect through the packed crowed of 2,000 people, but was stabbed in the back during the chase.
He has undergone surgery at Toronto's St Michael's Hospital.
Police have not commented on the alleged stabbing as WENN goes to press.
