FOXX SUES CLUB BOSSES OVER BROKEN GLASS LEGAL HASSLE

JAMIE FOXX is suing the owners of top Hollywood hangout Social in an effort to cover his attorney fees in a bizarre new legal spat.

Foxx was sued in April (09) by a staff member at a party he hosted at Social.

The bartender claims he slipped on glass and needed 170 stitches - and Foxx is named among the defendants.

According to TMZ.com, the Oscar winner has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, calling for Social bosses and others involved in organising the party to indemnify him from the proceedings and pay his legal fees.
