SHAKIRA DENIES PLANS TO LEAVE LABEL

Pop superstar SHAKIRA has dismissed rumours she is set to dump her record label - calling reports of a rift with Epic bosses 'not true'.

The Grammy Award-winning singer has been dogged by speculation she is unhappy with executives at Epic records, with Internet gossips claiming she feels "neglected" by her current managers and has been courting other labels.

But a publicist for the Colombian star insists she has no plans to leave her musical home.

The rep tells the New York Daily News, "(The rumours are) not true. She's very happy at Epic.'
