EX OF GIBSON'S GIRL SPEAKS OUT - 'I CHOOSE TO FORGET HER'

The ex-husband of MEL GIBSON's pregnant lover OKSANA GRIGORIEVA has been left so scarred by the five months he was her husband, he'd prefer to pretend they were never married.

British graphic designer Nicholas Rowland wed the Russian beauty in 1992. He is almost 20 years older than her.

And when U.S. tabloid the Globe tried to track him down to ask him for his thoughts about his ex's romance with Gibson and comments about his brief marriage, he said, "It's a period of my life that I would rather forget."

Asked what his former wife was like, bitter Rowland growled, "You should ask all the other men - there were enough of them!"

Grigorieva, now 39, is expecting Gibson's eighth child.
