BRITNEY SPEARS is facing another trip to court - a paparazzo she ran over back in 2007 is suing the star.

The singer struck Rick Mendoza's foot with her Mercedes as she drove out of a parking garage in Beverly Hills, California, according to TMZ.com.
Two years later, the snapper has filed suit against Spears and her management representatives, who he claims "should have known... Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."
It's the latest in a long line of legal concerns for Spears; she and her father Jamie are currently pursuing ongoing restraining orders against her former manager Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley.
In March (09), the singer and her conservators also obtained a restraining order against her former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, which will be in place for three years.
