BROWN CHARGED IN ATTACK ON SNAPPER
Troubled R&B star CHRIS BROWN is facing another legal assault from a photographer who was attacked by the singer's bodyguards.
Chris Brown leaving Los Angeles County Court where he pleaded not guilty to two felony charges stemming from his alleged fight with ex-girlfriend Rihanna on February. Los Angeles, California - 06.04.09
The snapper is suing Brown for assault and battery and false imprisonment after he was allegedly held down while trying to take photos of the singer playing basketball at a Los Angeles gym in March (09), according to TMZ.com.
The shots were taken just weeks after Brown was arrested for reportedly beating girlfriend Rihanna during a fight on the eve of the Grammy Awards in February (09).
Brown is facing assault charges over the former couple's alleged bust-up. He denies charges of felony assault and making criminal threats. If convicted, he faces almost five years behind bars.
