SPRINGSTEEN TO BID FAREWELL TO GIANTS STADIUM

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND will be the last act to perform at New Jersey's Giants Stadium before the famous sports mecca is pulled down in October (09).

Springsteen revealed he'd be the last performer at the home of the New York Giants during a concert at the nearby Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Thursday night (21May09).

The final shows will take place on 30 September and 2 and 3 October.

Springsteen's current North American tour wraps up at the Izod Center on Saturday night (23May09). A European tour begins next week (beg25May09).
