LADY GAGA SUPERFAN LAUNCHES INTERNET BID TO MEET HIS IDOL

A teenage superfan of LADY GAGA has embarked on an internet quest to convince the pop star to attend his 19th birthday party in September (09).

Canadian Anthony Naccarato has set up pages on social networking sites Facebook.com and Twitter.com to spread the word about his cause - dubbed Gaga Goal '09, which has attracted more than 13,000 online followers and turned the teen into a minor celebrity in his native Toronto.

A pal explains the mission to WENN: "He's seen every interview, and listened to every song she's (GaGa's) put her name behind. She was in the province of Ontario only twice (that we know of) and he was unable to attend either one of the shows due to age restrictions at the clubs she played at. He's turning 19 this year and would absolutely love nothing more than to meet her.

"His family and friends think it'll never happen, but he remains optimistic and would be so very grateful. He will continue to document the status of his mission to the moment he finally has the chance to meet her."
