In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, executor Ira Herzog alleges Vera Davie should not be allowed to publish Poisoned Heart after breaching an agreement that gave him permission to review or make changes to the book, reports the New York Post.
Davie ended her 12-year marriage to Ramone in 1989.
He was still married to second wife, Barbara Zampini, when he died of a heroin overdose in 2002.
