BROKE WAHL SUES BUSINESS MANAGER
Eighties star KEN WAHL has launched a court battle against his former business manager, accusing him of conspiring to rob the actor of all his assets and leave him flat broke.
Wahl, who won a Golden Globe for his role in TV hit Wiseguy, claims Henry Levine entered into a "secret business manager relationship" with the star's ex wife Connie Alperhin while they were still married.
When they divorced in 1991, Wahl handed Alperhin "all of the community property assets" including a Malibu, California mansion and an estate in Boston, Massachusetts worth "many millions of dollars".
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Wahl then accuses Alpherin of squandering the proceeds from the sale of the Malbibu home "on plastic surgeries, facials, and massages".
Wahl, 54, claims he is unable to work after breaking his neck and owes $250,000 (£175,000).
The actor's lawsuit also names the Screen Actors' Guild as a defendant, claiming SAG representatives made errors with his pension contribution.
