The Can't Believe It hitmaker, real name Faheem Najm, was reportedly injured when he was "fooling around" on a golf cart with a friend - who then pushed him off the buggy.

He was backstage at the AT&T arena in San Antonio when the incident occurred, reports MediaTakeOut.com.

A source tells the site, "T-Pain's whole mouth was busted, 4 of his teeth fell out and they said his jaw was broken."

An ambulance was reportedly called and the rapper was taken to a nearby hospital.

A spokesperson for the star was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press.
