WILLIS TO WED?

BRUCE WILLIS is planning a birthday wedding to model girlfriend EMMA HEMING this week (ends20Mar09), according to U.S. reports.

The Die Hard star, who turns 54 on Thursday (19Mar09), and the model will exchange vows in Turks & Caicos, where the actor owns a home - according to People.com.

Willis and Heming, 32, arrived on the island at the weekend (14Mar09), and reports suggest they've rented a block of ocean-view homes for guests.

The actor's representatives are refusing to comment.
