Rap star COREY MILLER is back behind bars after allegedly breaking house arrest rules imposed on him as he awaits trial.
Miller, who was formerly known as C-Murder, is in jail in Louisiana after leaving his grandmother's home without permission.
He was under house arrest at the Kenner home, awaiting a trial hearing on 20 April (09).
Miller faces a second-degree murder charge in the death of a 16-year-old during a 2002 brawl at a New Orleans-area nightclub.
A police insider reveals an electronic monitor Miller must wear at all times indicated he had illegally left the range of his grandmother's home on Monday morning (09Mar09).
But Miller's attorney, Ron Rakosky, insists there has been a misunderstanding - and his client was at home sleeping when the alarm was triggered.
