Last month (Feb09), Foresight Unlimited producers Moshe Diamant and Mark Damon filed suit against the Die Hard star, claiming he quit their film Three Stories About Joan.
Seeking $4 million (£2.85 million) in damages, the Foresight bosses stated Willis quit their $20 million (£14.2 million) production without explanation in September (08).
But the movie star has hit back, accusing the producers of fraud for allegedly lying to him about financing for the project.
Willis is asking for punitive damages for fraud and breach of contract, among other allegations.
