PAPA ROACH SETTLE DISPUTE WITH FORMER DRUMMER

Rockers PAPA ROACH are to settle a dispute with former drummer DAVE BUCKNER.

DAVE BUCKNER

Buckner sued the band last year (08), claiming he had not been receiving his share of earnings and accusing his former bandmates of failing to hand over complete accounting.

Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix has confirmed the suit is being settled, adding, "The essence of the lawsuit is to dissolve his business relationship with us, which is completely understandable... Legal is legal."

The news comes a day after the band celebrated its 10th anniversary as a major label act with a show in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (04Mar09).
