BRITNEY'S EX CHARGED WITH FELONIES AFTER ALLEGED HIT AND RUN

BRITNEY SPEARS' ex-boyfriend ADNAN GHALIB faces up to seven years behind bars after running over a process server with his car.

Adnan Ghalib is questioned by officers from the Beverly Hills Police Department over the alleged assault of another photographer, whilst shopping with friends. The Police decided not to peruse the matter further or press charges against Ghalib. Beverly Hills, California - 13.02.08

The unnamed man was trying to serve the paparazzo with legal papers at the beginning of the month (Feb09), on behalf of Spears, when Ghalib allegedly flew into a rage.

Police reports suggest he struck the server, who bounced off the bonnet of his Mercedes, and then drove off.

The man was treated by paramedics at the scene. He suffered a broken wrist.

And now Ghalib has been charged with three felonies - assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit and run.
