Former GUNS N' ROSES drummer STEVEN ADLER has been arrested on a misdemeanour drug charge - six weeks after the rocker was court-ordered to rehab to keep him out of prison.
Adler was taken into police custody on 26 January (09) and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance, reports TMZ.com.
According to the Web site, Steven was released the same day at 10.50am on $50,527 (£36,090) bail.
Adler was court-ordered to rehab in Pasadena, California in December (08) following his arrest in July for possession of narcotics, being under the influence and for an outstanding warrant.
The rocker pleaded no contest to a charge of heroin possession at Los Angeles Superior Court to escape a jail term for the earlier arrest, and remained on probation while attempting to complete the state program.
A court date had not yet been set as WENN went to press.
