Veteran rocker DAVID BOWIE is back in the studio after a six-year break to record a new album.
The legendary pop star has travelled to Berlin, Germany - the city where he recorded previous albums Heroes, Low, and Lodger - to find inspiration for new tracks.
A post on Bowie's social networking Twitter website reads, "Cheers from a snowy Berlin! Working on some new material!"
