RAP FAN CRITICALLY INJURED AFTER SHOOTING AT E-40 SHOW
A concertgoer is in a critical condition and four others are injured after a show by rapper E-40 ended in gunfire.
Five people were injured on Saturday (27Dec08) morning in the shooting after the star's sold-out Denver, Colorado show on Friday (26Dec08).
Police report that a group of gunmen opened fire outside the Vinyl nightclub in the city's downtown district at 2am as fans began to exit the venue.
One unnamed victim was reportedly rushed to Denver Health Medical and remains in a critical condition. The remaining four were reportedly released after treatment.
Local security guard Kendall Davis tells the Denver Post, "There was a guy down here who was bleeding like crazy. They need to do something about that club with innocent people being shot."
No suspects were named as WENN went to press.
