DUNST WINS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST INTRUDER

Actress KIRSTEN DUNST has been awarded a permanent restraining order against an intruder found on her estate last month (19Nov08).

Dunst won court protection from trespasser Christopher Smith and was granted a temporary order last month (Nov08) following his arrest.

In court papers, Dunst claims Smith was found on her property after her assistant informed him that the actress was not home via the intercom at the front gate.

He later knocked on her front door and attempted to gain access to the actress' residence.

Dunst wasn't home when he was apprehended and escorted off the property.

At a hearing on Monday (22Dec08), Smith, 25, was ordered by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico to stay away from the actress, her personal assistant and any place they work.
