BRYAN FERRY is making a final attempt to bring his jailed son OTIS home for Christmas - lawyers for the star have filed a third bail request in a bid to have him freed.

Otis Ferry was arrested in September (08) after his robbery and assault trial was adjourned when he allegedly tried to discredit a witness during the proceedings.
Ferry was subsequently remanded in prison in Gloucester, England, after pleading not guilty to two charges of perverting the course of justice.
The 26-year-old applied to be released on bail ahead of his trial, which is due to begin in March (09), but was refused.
A second request was also turned down earlier this month (Dec08).
Ferry's attorneys lodged another plea to have him freed on Monday (22Dec08).
A source tells British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, "It is pretty miserable to be in prison over Christmas and he has already spent his birthday in jail. Everybody is very keen to get him home as quickly as possible."
If the latest bail request is turned down, Ferry could be held in custody until his trial.
