MIRREN WILL NEVER LEAVE BRITAIN

Actress DAME HELEN MIRREN has vowed never to move to Hollywood - because she couldn't bear to leave her native Britain.

HELEN MIRREN

The Queen star splits her time between the U.K and the U.S. while she is making films, but she has always kept her permanent residence in her home country.

And Mirren is adamant that even with a recession looming in the U.K. she won't be tempted to move to Los Angeles.

She says, "Absolutely not. You sit these things out and if anything, it's a time to be more loyal and committed to your country. This is my home. It always will be."
