FIELDER-CIVIL WILL REFUSE TO TAKE DIVORCE MONEY FROM WINEHOUSE

AMY WINEHOUSE's husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL will not be asking for a penny from the singer if she files for divorce - because he's "not interested" in her money.

The Rehab hitmaker's spouse has vowed to walk away from their troubled marriage for the star's own sake, as she battles drug addiction.

And he insists he won't accept any cash pay outs from his wealthy wife, despite the couple not having a pre-nuptial agreement in place.

He says, "I'm not interested in her money. I always offered to do a pre-nuptial agreement before we got married.

"And if Amy wants a divorce I'm not going to fight her for anything. It's going to be the saddest day of my life. But it doesn't matter if I turn up in the divorce court homeless and with no shoes on, I'm not taking a single penny off her."

Fielder-Civil, who was recently released from prison, wed Winehouse in a surprise ceremony in Miami, Florida in early 2007.

His declaration comes just days after the singer reportedly announced her marriage was over.
