LEONA: 'I WANT TO BE THE NEW BEYONCE'

Singing sensation LEONA LEWIS would love to follow in the footsteps of 'inspiring' BEYONCE KNOWLES, and get herself an acting career.

The Bleeding Love hitmaker, who won British talent show The X Factor in 2006, looks up to Knowles - and would love to emulate the success of her idol.

She says, "Beyonce is great, so lovely and down to earth and talented. She's inspiring.

"I might go into acting like she did. I wouldn't want to do a music thing though, it would have to be different."
