JOLIE FELL PREGNANT DURING CHANGELING FILMING

ANGELINA JOLIE's new film role as a desperate mum in CLINT EASTWOOD's CHANGELING left her pregnant with twins, the actress confesses.

Angelina Jolie star as Christine Collins in Universal Pictures' Changeling.

Jolie has revealed she fell pregnant with her newborn twins Knox and Vivienne while shooting the new movie, in which she plays real-life California woman Christine Collins who fought the police when they mistook another boy for her missing son - and refused to keep the search alive.

And the actress tells the Los Angeles Times newspaper the emotion of the movie led to real-life motherhood.

She explains, "I got pregnant right in the middle of it (film) and, I think, partially because of it. I was so emotional about children that I think something kicked into gear."

Jolie gave birth to her twins in Nice, France in July (08).
