GARRETT UNDER INVESTIGATION AFTER ALLEGED SNAPPER ATTACK

U.S. funnyman BRAD GARRETT is at the centre of a police investigation after an attack on a paparazzo was caught on camera.

The former Everybody Loves Raymond star took offence when snappers refused to leave him and his date alone as they left Hollywood hotspot Dan Tana's on Tuesday (11Nov08), despite countless requests.

The authorities are looking into claims that the comic chased a paparazzo before breaking another's camera.

Cops are investigating a possible criminal battery charge, according to TMZ.com.
