NEW BOND IS NO MARTINI MAN

JAMES BOND no longer slurps multiple martinis - because the latest actor behind 007 can't stomach the superspy's favourite tipple.

Daniel Craig admits he sampled all kinds of shaken and stirred concoctions when he won the role of Bond, but each cocktail left him "on the floor" - and now he realises he's no martini man.

He tells London's Time Out magazine, "I've tried about 10 of them. They're knockout. We did a proper taste test: full measure of gin, full measure of vodka and then another liqueur on top of it. I ended up on the floor."

But if he had his choice of Martini, Craig prefers a vodka martini with an olive: "I like them ice, ice, ice cold, so you have to shake them up."
