O'NEAL + SON CHARGED

Movie star RYAN O'NEAL and his son REDMOND have both been charged with felony possession of methamphetamines.

The actor and his 23-year-old son were arrested at their Malibu, California home last month (Sep08) after police discovered narcotics on Redmond's person and in Ryan's bedroom during a raid.

Redmond was also charged with two misdemeanour counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanour count of illegal possession of pepper spray, according to TMZ.com.

Both men are scheduled to be arraigned on 13 November (08).
