SCHWARZENEGGER PAYS TRIBUTE TO BODYBUILDING 'MENTOR'

Action man-turned-California Governor ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER has paid tribute to a London-born bodybuilder he called his 'mentor', following his death late last month (Sep08).

Arnold Schwarzenegger at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles honor the Schwarzenegger family with The Family Visionary Award at the 'Building a Greater Los Angeles Gala' held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Los Angeles, California - 01.10.08

The Terminator star befriended Wag Bennett when they lived together in the 1960s and he credits the late muscleman for helping him to win the Mr. Universe title.

Paying his respects to Bennett, Schwarzenegger says, "He's been my mentor."
