OASIS SCRAP MORE SHOWS AS GALLAGHER RECOVERS FROM ATTACK

LATEST: Rockers OASIS have pulled another three shows to allow NOEL GALLAGHER more time to recover from a stage attack.

The guitarist fell awkwardly during a show in Toronto, Canada on 7 September (08) - after a fan rushed at him and tackled the rocker to the ground - and he has been unable to step back onstage since.

As a result, the group scrapped the remaining dates of their North American tour, and now Oasis has postponed three additional shows in Europe.

Gallagher is nursing three broken and dislodged ribs and has been advised by his doctor not to perform for another week.

That means concerts in England, Germany and France, beginning this weekend have been postponed, with rescheduled dates to be announced.

A planned arena tour, scheduled to start on 7 October (08) will not be affected by Gallagher's injuries, according to the band's website.
