LANG RESCHEDULES BENEFIT GIG

Canadian singer k.d lang has been forced to re-schedule a charity concert.

The star was due to perform for Los Angeles radio station KCRW's annual A Sounds Eclectic Evening benefit concert on 12 October (08), but the station pulled the gig following scheduling conflicts.

KCRW Music Director Nic Harcourt says, "We've always had a high-standard for the bands we've invited to play this concert and changing the date to fall - at the end of the summer festival season - proved to be a bigger hurdle than we were expecting."
