Singer NEIL YOUNG has vowed never to make a 'political statement' film again after suffering exhaustion while producing DEJA VU.
The documentary saw Young reunite with his Crosby, Stills + Nash bandmates in a politically-charged concert - and Young was even seen condemning U.S. president George W. Bush.
But the 62-year-old has vowed never to make such a documentary again, because his anti-Bush stance left him exhausted.
He says, "I don't think I will ever do it again. I don't think I would do a political statement thing like this about a war.
"I've made my statement... so going out in a public forum and speaking about politics and war and matters on that level is something that I won't attempt again.
"I was so exhausted and burned out."
