MCGRAW QUITS BEER

Country star TIM McGRAW has quit boozing because he can't stop at one beer.

The singer insists he has learned over time he cannot drink in moderation - and after a binge left him chubby and unfit he decided to quit completely.

He says, "I'm not a moderate person, and I'll be the first to say there have been times when things were taken to the extreme.

"I got really fat. I want to take care of myself."
