Former BLINK-182 star MARK HOPPUS is suing a company he claims conned him out of a small fortune over a self-service installation at McDonald's fast food restaurants.
The rocker filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday (11Aug08), alleging bosses at the firm Missicom convinced him to invest in new cashier terminals in California McDonald's diners.
But the idea amounted to nothing and now Hoppus is asking for $2 million (GBP1 million) in damages, according to TMZ.com.
