ACTOR ACCUSED OF PAEDOPHILIA + CHILD PORN
Belgian-born Latino TV star DIDIER VAN DER HOVE has been arrested and accused of paedophilia and child pornography.
The Pasion de gavilanes star insists his romance with a 17-year-old Chilean boy is consented, but authorities don't see it that way.
The Chilean government doesn't make a distinction between consent and abuse when it comes to having sexual relations with a minor, according to People en Espanol.
Van der Hove, 41, has been released from jail on bail and states, "Who has the right to judge that a sexual act is wrong if it's done with consent?"
But his relationship with a teenager isn't the only issue troubling the actor - police allegedly found child pornography images on his computer.
