JACKSON'S TOUR WORK-OUT

JANET JACKSON is getting in shape for her comeback tour with an intense and gruelling workout regime.

Jackson has announced she will be hitting the road to tour the U.S. and Canada - for the first time in seven years.

The Control hitmaker will open her Rock Witchu tour in Vancouver, British Columbia on 7 September (08), followed by dates in New York and Washington, D.C.

And the star - who has battled with weight issues in the past - is cutting no corners ensuring she is lean and toned.

During an appearance on BET TV show 106 + Park, Jackson revealed, "Six days a week. We work out for an hour and then loose up for a bit - and then dance for eight hours."
