TYLER THRILLED WITH HORROR FILM WEIGHTLOSS
Actress LIV TYLER has discovered a new way of losing weight - starring in a horror film.

The Lord of The Rings beauty reveals she dropped "about 10 pounds" while making new film The Strangers - because she had to run around, acting terrified throughout the shoot.
And now she recommends the odd weightloss programme to other actresses who are trying to shed the pounds.
She says, "We had to be in that heightened state all the time and when you get scared or you're shocked you kinda have a hard time breathing and you're like hyperventilating and crying and screaming.
"It was a great diet. I actually lost about 10 pounds in two weeks because I was running all day. It was amazing.
"I was like, 'Jeez, I need to do this more often.'"
