THORNTON ACCUSED OF BUGGING FORMER SISTER-IN-LAW

BILLY BOB THORNTON is at the centre of a bizarre new police report, filed by his former sister-in-law.

Elysabeth Cherniak claims the actor has bugged her home and regularly sends her insulting emails.

According to a Los Angeles Police Department report she filed, Thornton has been harassing Cherniak - the sister of the actor's fourth wife Pietra - for almost two years.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com they are waiting for Cherniak to bring in copies of the emails and other evidence so they can continue their investigation.

Thornton was married to Pietra Cherniak from 1993 to 1997, and the couple had two children.

A spokesman for the actor says, "Billy doesn't use e-mail and never has. Anyone who knows him would know that."

The representative also states the accuser has "a history of making these very same false accusations in the past."

I am sounding off about this serious matter because although I contacted his people, he did not stop his harassment and stalking, and although I contacted my sister and she agreed with me about his doing this to me and my family, that did not prevent him from continuing to do this. THEN I went to the L.A.P.D. So when you do read about the stalking situation, and happen to read the part of his article clamining I had a "history" of complaints, he is referring to my contacting his website ONCE OR TWICE to inform him that i will go to the police if he didn't stop. That's a history?! The problem is I had to leave my last online job due to his harassment! The problem is he has a crew of "YES MEN and YES WOMEN" who assist him in these matters(wow that is dedication doign a job that is a criminal attempt to ruin someone's life?). concerning stalking me and harassing me online. He was happy to tell me himself in a session online that he is stalking me, and kept trying to convince to that he wanted to be with me. then alla SS style tactics would go to the next level and threaten me, put me down, get sessions with me in my psychic chatroom which is my new job! He has them sign up and get sessions and use names of my family members, friends, and our birthdates now. Now, when the entire world knows what he is doing, now when the entire world is watching him and these stories online. he is creating false websites on search engines so that people cannot find me in my online jobs, or my MySpace, or my jewelry creations. Not HIMSELF, he is a weathy man who hires people to do these things. He tried to say he cannot use email, so how is it that he has a MY SPACE page? That's my point exactly. I was contacted by a well known actor 2 months ago who stated that he wishes me luck with fighting Billy Bob on this matter...because he knows someone who knows first hand that associates with Billy Bob, and he is known for these types of situations of harassment and intentional mental abuse of this nature. To let everyone know who found this blog, it is still continuing to happen. I am in shock and just amazed that even now, well after the fact, and the world knows about this, he is contiuing to listen in here(my house), let me know via emails(which 30 of the ones in the past were easier to detect, and turned over to the L.A.P.D. to investigate, he is STILL doing this at least on some levels, and taunting me on my job, trying to sabotague my income once again. Mind you this is someone I rarely saw, and was only married to my sister for 4 years...NOT SOMEONE I CHOSE AT ALL. If anyone can help me with this matter i will reward you somehow and so will god, the implications are enormously disconcerting. He got in the way of my starting a family with the man I love by making me afraid to go out of my own home last year, and since this man has moved on with his life. He caused me to elave 2 jobs of mine over the years, and even pretended to be me ina anotehr chat room 5 years ago, now I realize it was him, where I worked with some rpetty dangerous people who when they thought it was myself saying things in this platform put my safty in jeaopardy. He is a very very dangerous man! My sister's divorce proclamations were in the 20's of people who witnessed her bruises and broken skin from where he bit her, punched her kicked her pregant stomach, and emotionally tormented her. He once threw a punch towards me and caught it, because my sister told him I called hima name when I was too afraid to ever dream of doing that after seeing the abuse he thrust upon her. now he has mroe power, more money, more ways of bullying people....my question is WHY ME, SOMEONE WHO JUST WANTED TO BE LEFT ALONE TO LIVE MY LIFE, I WASN'T IN HIS WAY, I DIDN'T CAUE ANY PROBLEMS, I LIVED MY LIFE, AND TRIED TO REMAIN NEUTRAL. It has gone on long enough! I will not stop fighting as long as it continues to happen. Why he still is listening in my home is beyond me, well after the fact!? I'm writing this now because even as late as today I'm getting harassed in my chat format online in my job. He poses as men in dating sites I have joined, and had othe rpeople who he pays to help him pose. He was listening on my phone, which I have since changed my muumber, knwoing where I woudl go socially, would plant people to try to sleep with me at bars, pick me up and stalk me so I would not enjoy my oputings. when I worked for he and my sister, he had me drive a vehicle that had a cracked block to see if I would drive it off the road and be kiilled! When I arrived at the rental car place they were freaked out and told me it was not supposed to be driven, and that hehimself was told by them not to allow anyone to drive the car. In other words he tried to kill me! this man is insane, and I need to let the world know that he is still doing this!!!!! When we have plans to go places, we have to whisper in our own home!! Shame on whoever helps him accomplish these things, my gosh there must be something else you can do for a living! I have chocies in my life and I do what I want to do, but this has definitely been hard on me, and is very frigthening! I refuse to not fight him as much as possible. I wanted to go on television about it, and I was told it would be a concern that he might try to sue me. so the internet has been my only vehicle. this is very serious! I know that is has helped mke to minimize his excercizing his routine, but yet he is still TRYING. why is it that he is not too afraid after it has come out, and people know about it everywhere!? Make him stop please i9f you are anywhere close to this situation or anyone who can help, please do, it is so unfair, and so corruptive, and disruptive to my life in the past years, when I have not done anything to deserve this. So many people out there know who I didn't even have to inform about it, like the actors who wrote to me.I respect them and won't divulge their names. I haven't even said everything that he has done in this harassment plight of his, but it is in depth and really bizarre to be this fixated on a person who he weas not even ever close to. his childlren are my nephews for godsake it is just plain sick! At this point it is just weird, even if he is sick and demented, I would think all this bad press would make him too freaked out to continue.
