PERSISTENT FANS LAND JONAS BROTHERS A SPOT ON OPRAH

Pop siblings THE JONAS BROTHERS have landed a slot on OPRAH WINFREY's top-rated show thanks to their fans.

The trio's army of devotees inundated TV titan Winfrey with more than 5,000 emailed requests to include the band on her show - and now Winfrey has given in.

She'll welcome the boys to her show on Thursday (24Apr08).

Fans also posted petitions and videos on various websites begging Oprah to showcase their young heroes.

Winfrey admits she received more requests for The Jonas Brothers than for any other guest this year (08), explaining, "They barraged us."
