JONES + DANDO ADDED TO NME AWARDS USA

CLASH founder MICK JONES and EVAN DANDO have been added to the list of honourees at the upcoming NME AWARDS USA.

Jane's Addiction will reform for the inaugural party, which takes place in Los Angeles on Wednesday (23Apr08) - where they'll receive the British rock magazine's Godlike Genius Award.

And now Jones has been named the night's Inspiration Award recipient, while Dando will claim the Classic Album Award for the Lemonheads' It's a Shame About Ray.

Jones' new band Carbon/Silicon and Dando will also perform at the event.
