DRIVER SICKENED BY HOLLYWOOD BIRTH STORIES

MINNIE DRIVER has grown weary of attending Hollywood parties because guests use her pregnancy to reveal their own delivery horror stories.

The actress admits overbearing mums put her off party snacks and her own natural labour plans by insisting on telling her all the gory details about their own terrible deliveries.

Driver, who is five months pregnant with her first child, was sickened by one recent tale at a pool party.

She explains, "I had my little nacho and my glass of cranberry juice and this woman came barrelling up to me and she said, 'Hi... I think I have the same doctor as you. I got the worst story, I gotta tell you...'

"And she then proceeded to tell me how she was pretty much split from nape to (butt).

"I was like, 'Why are you telling me this and putting me off my nachos and my pregnancy.' It was insane.

"Her whole thing was, 'I just want you to be informed.'

"It's really strange, it's like people want to tell you their horrific birth stories."
