Former BLINK 182 drummer TRAVIS BARKER has settled a lawsuit against a U.S. energy drink for using his name and image without his permission.
The punk rocker claims he gave marketing chiefs at RockStar "no authorisation" to use a photo of himself in a 2007 Internet campaign.
On Monday (14Apr08), Barker's lawyer confirmed both parties had settled the lawsuit, although he refused to elaborate on the financial aspect of the deal.
Barker's lawsuit claimed invasion of privacy, unfair competition and misappropriating his likeness to promote the product.
